FCCLA

FCCLA is all about family and the community. Mrs.DeMars is the leader of the FCCLA and stresses that if someone is going to be a good community member, they should join in and help FCCLA. When the McDonald's kitchen caught on fire, FCCLA was on the ball and started asking around for people to donate food and other belongings for the McDonald family. FCCLA also helps with dinners that are held at school including the G.E.A.R. UP dinner, and the Drama dinner. The group also holds a bike rodeo every year. At the bike rodeo, a police officer comes to the school to teach the little kids about bike safety when they are riding their bikes on the streets. Another project that FCCLA takes part in is Project Linus where the FCCLA members make blankets for the sick and get them away free. They also hosted the Christmas bake sale.
